BREWER'S GUIDE

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE KETTLES!

1.
Follow the RECIPE
  • Starting with malt extract
  • Ask staff for help if needed

Set timer for 10 minutes
  • Malt extract, fermentables & grain bag to be added by staff
  • 1/4 jug of wort is removed from kettle by staff

3.
Set timer for 15 minutes
  • Add the silver bowl of hops

Set timer for 15 minutes
  • Add clear bowl of hops (if required)
  • Check wort jug is 25 degrees or less add yeast to jug, whisk, cover & let stand

5.
Set timer for 5 minutes
  • If there is a grain bag staff will remove it
  • Add black bowl of hops

6.
Set timer for 10 minutes
  • Staff will open the kettle lid & turn off kettle after approx. 10 minutes
  • Staff will then transfer brew into fermenting drum where you will be advised to add the yeast wort jug
